Menards Wrap-Up - 2/23/11 - Cheap baby wipes and Softsoap + freebies!

This week at Menards I got Baby wipes for a penny a piece, Softsoap for 80% off, GripStics and Eraser mops for free!  (It can be hard to give a percentage saved from Menards since many of their rebate items are a "special purchase" type item and don't have a regular price)
