Fill out this form for a FREE sample of Kirkland Signature Supreme Diapers.   It’s a Costco freebie, but no membership is required.  Currently sizes 3 and 5 are available.

Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.  While supplies last.  One per household.

    Hi Tom, since they specified "while supplies last" I would guess if they're out, they're out for good - or at least until they make another sample available. Sorry you missed this one, but check back and I'll be posting more freebies like usual. =) Glad you're here!
