Our family went on Sunday when they offered the same deal with no coupon necessary. They were scrumptious!! AND - they were offering it free with ANY purchase, not just a soft drink!
(The small curly fries are $1.50ish - great price for a yummy lunch out!)
The next day my husband took a friend to lunch after helping us by working on our brakes (completely irrelevant - I'm just so happy to have the brakes working again!), and they were requiring a drink purchase, so they allowed him to buy shakes.
Ask at your Arby's to find out - it may be vary by each Arby's or even manager to manager.
