You have your choice of two styles. Go to the Photoworks website and pick the card you like ($2.95 value), upload your photos and personalize it, and when you check out use the code "LOVEDAD" to get it free. The code is good until 6/16/09.
Limit one per customer. Does not apply to shipping and handling ($1.49).
