According to the CoverGirl website the "face products" include: foundations, concealers, bronzers, powders, blushes and face tools.  Here are a couple moneymaking scenarios:

= FREE + $3.40 Profit!

You can use 4 of the same coupon per transaction since it's a P&G coupon.  If you have that many, you could do the above scenarios 4 times to get up to $13.60 profit in Scenario #1, or $2.08 in Scenario #2!
