Right now Keebler Cheesecake Middles Cookies are on sale at Target for $1.52 and when you buy 5 you get a $5 Target gift card instantly at checkout.   That alone makes them .52¢ each!

There's also a $1/1 printable coupon for them HERE.   You should be able to print 2 per computer (I'm having trouble with my computer printing coupons, so I can't tell you for sure).  If you can get ahold of 5 coupons, these will be free + $2.40 Profit!!
