Buy 2 pks at $6.99/each = $13.98
Use two $1/1 manufacturer coupons from the 3/13 SmartSource insert
Pay $11.98 and submit for the $10 rebate
= $1.98 for both ~ .08¢ a roll!

You can only price match this week while it's on sale at Kmart, but the gift card offer is valid through April 15th, 2011.  You must submit your rebate form by April 30th, 2011.
