I ran a little impromptu contest over on Facebook starting yesterday to celebrate my birthday with all of you lovelies.  I asked "What is your favorite flavor cake?"........big mistake, because the baby has been thinking of nothing but cake since reading all those amazing suggestions, LOL!  (luckily my best friend happened to bring me some carrot cake today which helped....a little)

I know we all would love to save money on gas (especially during Summer vacation and traveling for the holiday), and it can be a tough item to find a deal for, so here you go!!  If you have a Murphy USA gas station (often attached to WalMart) near you, this is a great deal.

Through September 30th, save .10¢ on every gallon of gas when you pay with a reloadable Walmart gift card, reloadable Walmart MoneyCard® or Walmart credit card.  It would be pretty easy to grab a Walmart gift card and load it up with funds before pumping your gas to save some moola.
*If you're buying a gift card right before fueling up, make sure to ask about a waiting period, as some gift cards take 15 minutes or so to 'show' the money on it.

I just posted recently about how you can request a check from Magazines.com when they send you $5 gift cards in their emails. If you've ordered from them before you can take this survey and they'll send you a $5 gift card by email.

Then you can request a check or use it towards a subscription. If ordering a magazine, remember to check out these cash back sites first to see what percentage of your purchase price they're offering back - Ebates (currently 26%), Mr. Rebates (25%), or Shop At Home (28%)!

Amazon.com - $20 gift card for ONLY $10!!

This is a sweet deal!!  I have become a big fan of Amazon.com over the last couple years and I have never seen this kind of discount on their gift cards.

Living Social is a daily deal site (similar to Groupon) that offers deeply discounted deals - up to 90% off at local restaurants, salons, theaters.....etc.  They have an extra fun perk though - if you buy a deal and share it with friends and 3 of those friends buy it too, yours is FREE!  =)  Right now they're offering a $20 Amazon gift card for only $10!!  Over 600,000 have been purchased already.  It says there's 18 hours left, but I don't know if there is a limited quantity or not, so I wouldn't wait if you want one!  It's listed in the Washington, D.C. deals, but since it's an online deal it doesn't matter where you live.

Also, if you haven't already, I'd suggest signing up for the free Amazon Mom program. It has lots of perks, including free 2-day shipping on many items and 30% off of diapers and wipes for 3 months!  (You don't have to be a mom to sign up for the program either - "Membership is available to parents and other persons responsible for caring for a baby or young child.")

FREE Swagbucks Code - 15 points!!

Have I ever mentioned that I love Swagbucks??  It's a really easy way to get rewards just for searching the web like your normally would.  If you're not already signed up, I highly recommend it!
Right now you can get a free code worth 15 Swagbucks when you go to YaySave's page on Facebook - they have a code there that you enter at Swagbucks.com and add 15 "bucks" to your account!  It says "good all day long", so I'm assuming it expires at midnight - be quick!

You can redeem your Swagbucks for lots of things.  Personally, I like redeeming them for Amazon gift cards because they don't take long to earn and are great to have "on hand" for the really great deals Amazon runs.  It takes 450 Swagbucks to earn a $5 gift card.
